Nice to meet you
I am Jade Indy Giesen and I live in Epe, in the heart of the Veluwe. It all started about ten years ago, when my first two Australian Cobberdogs came to live with me.
Although I never bred with these dogs, they are the reason I fell in love with the breed. Their sweet and social nature, their intelligence and the special way they bond with people soon showed me how special the Australian Cobberdog is.
I am a true animal lover and dogs have always been a big part of my life. I grew up with them and have cared for them since I was young. I love their personalities, their loyalty and the cosiness they bring to a home. With my dogs I most love walking across the heath, and I also really enjoy caring for their coats.
In 2024 Macy came to live with me, and a month later Mila followed. That was the start of Veluwse Australian Cobberdogs.
From the very beginning I wanted to do it properly and carefully. That is why I immersed myself in the field, took courses and gained a lot of experience. I don’t place my puppies with just anyone. I take the time to find really good families where they will have a happy and loving home.
In every choice I make, health, character and good bloodlines come first. My dogs come from carefully built lines that originate in Australia, and I want to continue them responsibly. The puppies grow up here at home, in the middle of everyday life, with lots of attention, space and love.
Anyone who takes home a puppy from me can count on my help, from the very first meeting until long after the puppy has settled in.
My dogs are part of the family, and you can feel it in everything.
Health
Health always comes first for me. My dogs only have a litter once all their health checks are good.
Character
I choose sweet, social and stable dogs that bond easily with their new family.
Always involved
Even when your dog has been with you for years, I love hearing how they are doing. A photo or a message always makes me happy.

How I support you
Bringing a puppy home is a big step. I think it is important that you feel well prepared and supported from the very first contact.

Getting to know each other
First we get to know each other, so I know what you are looking for and you know how I work. Feel free to ask all your questions.

While you wait
You receive regular photo updates, so you can see how your puppy is growing up. I also help you get everything ready at home for your puppy’s arrival.

Pick-up day
Your puppy goes home with a puppy pack. I take the time to go through everything calmly with you, so you leave with a good feeling.

After pick-up
I am there for you afterwards too. You can always come to me with any question, whether it is about training, feeding, health or coat care.
