Ongeveer 10 jaar geleden kochten wij onze eerste twee Australian Cobberdogs bij Fifth Avenue Cobberdogs. Hoewel we nooit met deze honden hebben gefokt, ontdekte ik al snel wat voor lieve, leuke en vooral intelligente honden het zijn. In april 2024 hebben we ons eerste fokteefje, Fifth Avenue Macy, gekocht. Een maand later volgde ons tweede fokteefje, Fifth Avenue Mila.
My Story
My name is Jade Indy Giesen, and I am the owner of Veluwse Cobberdogs, located in Epe on the Veluwe. I started the company in 2024 after bringing in my first breeding females from Fifth Avenue Cobberdogs. My interest in this breed began 10 years ago, when my parents welcomed their first two Cobberdogs into our home. Since then, I’ve been fascinated by their gentle nature and intelligence.
Our dogs come from bloodlines that trace directly back to Australia, which helps preserve the original breed characteristics. We are registered with the MDBA, which means we adhere to strict breeding rules and guidelines to ensure the health and well-being of our dogs.
At Veluwse Cobberdogs, the health and socialization of the puppies come first. We work closely with veterinarians to breed healthy and well-raised puppies. Our breeding females and males are carefully selected based on health, character, and temperament. We aim to keep our breeding operation small-scale so we can give each puppy personal attention.
Our puppies grow up in a calm and loving home environment. This ensures they are well-socialized and ready to integrate into their new families. Veluwse Cobberdogs is committed to responsible breeding, with a focus on quality and the well-being of our dogs.
